Cape Town’s crazy weather

Being Cape Town photographers, when it comes to weather, we are used to the mother city dishing out four seasons in one day. You might wake up to the most gloomy day and it turns out perfect. On another occasion it could be a beautiful wind still morning and by afternoon it’s blowing gale force. The simple truth is that it’s unpredictable. Nobody ever knows. And sometimes you just need to embrace it.

When it came to Nurjehan & Matthew’s Blouberg couple shoot, we could not have ordered better weather. Just enough of a gentle breeze to tease the end of Nurjehan’s pretty skirt. Add to that a perfect golden hour glow, and you have the most incredible site in front of your lenses. And then lets not forget to mention these two lovelies.

This was our first time meeting Nurjehan & Matthew Couple’s always tell us they are nervous ahead of a shoot, and that we need to guide them. Well all we can say is that very little guidance was needed from our side. Nurjehan & Matthew were complete naturals. They were honestly a treat to photograph! If their engagement photo shoot was anything to go by, we cannot even begin to imagine how epic their wedding day is going to be! We are sure Kelz Events are going to pull out all of the stops on this one!
