A Cape Town holiday photoshoot is the perfect way to remember your time spent in the mother city! Cape Town has to be one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in the world. There are few cities that would make a more perfect backdrop for your holiday photos. But then again, we are biased.  We get to call Cape Town our home.

If you are lucky enough to have a window seat when flying in to Cape Town, you’ll get a glimpse of our iconic Table Mountain. To the indigenous people of the Cape, it was known as “Hoerikwaggo” or “mountain in the sea.”  It literally seems to rise out of the water. It is an ever present landmark as you make your way around the Cape Town Peninsula. It’s not just the typical view of the flat table top, but Lions Head and the Twelve Apostles that make spectacular backdrops for a Cape Town holiday photoshoot too.

With this in mind, it’s not hard to see why lovely couples such as Emily & Ricky chose Cape Town as their holiday destination. But they do have an interesting story. It was not only to be any holiday to Cape Town.  This was meant to be their honeymoon. Nature had other plans though.  Due to a hurricane back home in Florida, their wedding never took place. So in the words of Emily, it was dessert before dinner!

A little bit about Emily & Ricky. A more gorgeous, fun and spontaneous couple we could not have dreamt up! They brought with them a beautiful and unique energy.  This made it so easy to have them in front of our lenses!

But wait, there’s MORE. Not every day you get to photograph someone whose name pops up on Wikipedia when you do a search for it. Let’s just say Ricky is not your average driver.

My oh my, all we can say is that we had the BEST time with these two in our short time spent together. Emily & Ricky, we really hope that these Cape Town holiday photoshoot images will bring back loads of happy memories for you!
