Allee Bleue Wedding

Cindy & Owen

This Allee Bleue wedding had us on a high for days afterwards.  Where does one even begin to describe a day near perfect?  The exquisiteness of the bride,   the quiet shy charm of the groom,   the gorgeous floral décor and the warm feeling of togetherness.   All of these things made Cindy and Owen’s wedding such a joy to photograph.   There was so much love shared in this coming together of two cultures.

Cindy & Owen’s Allee Bleue wedding day started off overcast and drizzly.  But this was soon to change.  The clouds parted and we were greeted with sunny skies.  We met up with Owen in Kendall Cottage where he did his wedding preparations with his best man and best lady.  Then it was off to the girls in the manor house.  What a dream setting to photograph a bride.  Of course it did help that Cindy is drop dead gorgeous.  Not to mention those killer pair of legs!   It felt more like we were photographing a model than a bride!  We loved the brides maids dresses and pretty floral crowns too.

The wedding ceremony was held out on the lawn.  What a lively, happy pastor.  I might add that this very same pastor was on the dance floor later that evening.  So nice to meet such lovely and down to earth people marrying couples.Canapés and drinks were served in front of the manor house.  Then it was off to do the couple shoot.  Allee Bleue has so many great photo opportunities.  Thanks guys for traipsing about with us, we know Owen is not the world’s biggest fan of being in front of  the camera!

The reception was a jolly affair.   After some emotional speeches the dance floor heated up.   Music supplied by both the band and DJ had the crowd jiving outside under the fairy lights.  We loved the Makoti ceremony whereby Owen’s family welcomed the new bride.

Cindy and Owen,  a thousand thank yous for making us part of your special Allee Bleue wedding.  We loved every minute of it!
