Franschhoek Rickety Bridge Wedding

Sam & Mark

This Franschhoek Rickety Bridge wedding was such a blast!  Moments galore and such a fun crowd too.  Now we know how the guys down under throw a party!  That’s for sure!

We met Sam & Mark when they were out from Australia a while back.  We could totally tell from their vibe that their wedding day would be fun.  We love it when couple’s say they want loads of moments captured.  This is usually an indication that their guests will provide good photo opportunities!  And my goodness, did they provide tons of entertainment!  It was SO HARD narrowing down the images for a blog post. {Disclaimer:  There are STILL too many!}

What made this Franschhoek Rickety bridge wedding unlike any wedding we’ve covered there before?  Well, two things that really stood out other besides the actual people element and the beautiful  location.  Firstly, the AMAZING outdoor setting with lighting, décor & floral set up by To-netts and secondly, the super vibey entertainment provided by Cocolo.  Man we could have listened to these guys for hours!

Mark and the boys got ready on the neighbouring property, Basse Provence.  Great that everything was so close by, literally just down the dirt track!  Sam and the girls were in the beautiful Cape Dutch Manor House which is pretty much the backdrop for most of the day.  The ceremony was out on the lawn overlooking the vineyards and mountains.

So wonderful that Sam & Mark spent time with their guests during canape time too.  We always reckon it is unfair for couple’s to miss out on all of the bubbles and yummies!

Sam and Mark, thank you for putting your trust in us to capture all of the moments of your fabulous Franschhoek Rickety Bridge wedding.  We loved every moment, and editing these images brought back all of the feels of how awesome you all were!  We hope they do the same for you!
