Amy and Ryan’s Winery Road Forest Wedding was a blast.   From the moment we met these two and they both told us sparkly eyed about their wedding day, we just knew it would be awesome.

Take a perfect forest venue on a gorgeous Cape Town summers day, dress it up with mint and coral’s, add some beautiful people and you have yourself a whole lot of gorgeousness (is there even such a word?)  In fact there was so much gorgeousness and such a fabulous vibe, that it was really hard choosing the images for this blogpost.  We went a little overboard with the shutter on the day!

Amy & Ryan’s Winery Road Forest Wedding was our first at this gorgeous venue.  It certainly is a blend of elegant and rustic.  The raw textured walls created a warm inviting backdrop.  The outdoor dancefloor was perfect for dancing the night away under the nearly full moon.  The décor was bright and happy.  This was somehow a reflection of the entire tone of the day.  Amy, Ryan and their guests were fun and happy too!  You could definitely feel the love.The ceremony took place in a forest clearing overlooked by tall pine trees.  The couple were married by one of their friends.    There were loads of special moments to capture.  Afterwards guests enjoyed canape’s and drinks on the lawn.  There were lawn games and a photo booth to keep guests busy while we did the family photos and couple’s shoot.

Amy and Ryan are the perfect couple.  They complement each other in so many ways.  Amy is vivacious and bubbly and Ryan a gentle, grounding soul.  Amy wore the most amazing dress, and I must say, she rocked those red lips – not something that just anyone can do!
