Bon Cap Wedding
Stacey & Nic
Back at Bon Cap Guest Farm and wedding venue! It’s not often we shoot at the same wedding venue two weeks in a row. But just seven days apart, and we found ourselves back at one of our little Karoo favourites!
THE ROAD TO BON CAP
Shooting a Bon Cap wedding is always a delight. We love taking the dirt road in and seeing the valley open up in front of us. The wide open spaces, spectacular scenery and the all too familiar smell of “karoo bossies” is always welcome after inhaling too many city fumes.
Stacey & Nic’s intimate Bon Cap wedding was delightful. With only a handful of family and friends, and with the help of the fabulous Michelle, they had a wedding true to themselves. We’ve always said that no two weddings should be the same. No point in moulding your day on someone elses, and it has none of your personality or quirks as part of it. We loved that Stacey & Nic made the day THEIRS.
WHAT STACEY LOVES
We soon came to realize that there are a few things, other than hubby Nic, that Stacey as an affinity for. Butterflies, blues and purples just happen to be some of those. In some way or another, they all featured on Stacey & Nic’s wedding day.
The weather was glorious. It was a sunny, wind still day. It’s always a cherry on the top when everything comes together and even the weather is perfect! Stacey and Nic decided not to have any dancing but to rather go with a fine dining experience. Friends and family (and delighted photographers) sat at a long feast table and enjoyed a fabulous 5 course meal.
Stacey and Nic, what a joy to be a part of your special Bon Cap wedding. We hope that our images will keep the day alive for you for many years to come!
