Our first Leipzig Country House wedding, and hopefully not our last! This amazing venue on the edge of the Little Karoo did not disappoint!

I mean come on, getting to do what we love, in an area that holds a piece of our hearts. How could it get any better? But just when we thought things couldn’t get any better, they did! We end up with the amazing Haylee & Doug as our couple.

We could literally wax lyrical about these two. About how gorgeous they are, about the ridiculous amount of fun we had with them, but most importantly how lucky we were to capture such love. A love that certainly had it’s fair share of tests along the way, but one that certainly was victorious in the end and culminated in their Leipzig Country House wedding!

Surrounded by a handful of their loved ones, Haylee & Doug promised to love each other forever. Capturing intimate weddings like theirs has become one of our favourite things. Somehow, not only the event, but the people too, seem to be shrouded in a true sense of authenticity.

Let’s also just take a moment to appreciate Louise from Runaway Romance. Who would have thought that a random fish and chip date in Kalk Bay would be the start of not only a great friendship, but a wonderful working relationship too. If you want every bit of stress taken out of your wedding planning, Louise is your person. We might add that she is a qualified marriage officer too.
